The Mooneaters features an untold event which is left humanity dispersed fearing the omnipresent Mooneaters. Ladybug utilizes her imagination to cope in a disheartening environment with her invisible friend Trevor as they ponder life, their memories and who they are.

Griffin is captivating and truly shines as Ladybug, holding her emotions close to her vest trying to be strong and invincible amidst her harsh reality. Griffin uses facial expressions, physicality and body language as if they were extra appendages in her arsenal.
Griffin’s disposition is multifaceted throughout the production as her cracks in the deep armor start to weaken. Griffin’s performance is worthy of nominations and possible awards.

Reaney carries a weight and intensity intermingled in the levity and comic relief his character Trevor provides. Reaney’s sullen yet assertive nature is magnetic yet mysterious.
The Mooneaters is captivating, immersive and introduces a mythology that is ripe for follow-ups in this universe if Griffin was inclined. Mooneaters is a must see production as it combines a dramatic, dystopian, introspective and mysterious flavor in ravenous form that is only more alluring the more it is pondered.
